A common observation in the buying process batch, "Come on, how hard can it be?" And that's part the problem. It's really easy to buy things, many included. Having money in hand, walks up a lot and say, "I'll take it!" And bingo you just bought a lot.
The problem inherent in the whole matter is that very few people really have no idea how to do things well and protected. Only a small fraction people are aware of any potential problems, difficulties and problems that can come with a lot purchase. The average American will participate in five purchases of goods roots in her life, and most of them are in the purchase of an existing home.
