The knife of high quality Laguiole is a traditional French pocket knife, originally produced in the town of Laguiole in the Aveyron region of southern France.

There were many Jews in the early Church, who had received Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Naturally, all Jews were circumcised at birth, but the Gentiles were not. Which was higher for combat purposes? When you take the sword of these methods brought into existence? Damascus steel was or anything like that used in the regions of Russia or Byzantine? Thank you.
Damascus steel would have reached Russia, but the Byzantines have not existed. I think the Japanese steel would be best. The steels are designed for different types of swordplay. The Damascus was used while pushing and parring the Japanese was designed to cut.

How to make a steel blade of Damascus: There are many different techniques and blacksmiths bladesmiths to use Damascus knife blades. The following is a method basic fixed blade knife: Prepare the billet: Start with five pieces of steel. Two pieces of high carbon and medium carbon three pieces. (If you forge a sword, you might want to use seven pieces in total, instead of five.) thickness, width and length of the pieces depends on the size of the desired sheet. One of the pieces should be medium carbon more to arrange accommodation in the forge. Cleaning impurities from the steel parts, then the sandwich of two pieces of high carbon between pieces of carbon medium. Tie wire or welding pieces together the final arc. The wire or welding material must be removed after the first forge welding. Welding: Place the ticket in the forge and lead to a cherry red. Remove and cover with borax. When borax is converted into liquid steel and the steel starts to spark, which is ready for welding. Hammer of the pieces with a hammer and anvil. Drawing, cutting, folding and welding: Draw the piece twice the original length. Remember to strike down the ticket get out or not "push" the steel out, to avoid division. The ticket will be heated several times during this process. Cut the ticket in the center, but leave a little material to keep it together until the next weld. Etch: Dip the blade in an acid bath. Ferric chloride used with about four parts water to one part acid (an acid fifty percent and fifty percent solution of white vinegar can also be used). For best results, the heat of the road about 100 degrees. The acid erodes the softer metal faster. This highlights the distinctive grain pattern.
