Stag parties traveling to Eastern Europe for a truly unique experience: the Trabant Trek is the ultimate road trip, while the combination of the opportunity to ride in a classic Eastern European engineering.
With a name taken from the German word for "satellite", the German Trabant Eastern is a car originally built as a motorcycle. The once-popular car is made of a steel frame, the body is made of Duroplast, a plasticised cotton waste. It has a 600 cc engine and 26 hp. One of the beauties of the car is that it is so easy to fix: a good mechanic can replace the engine in fifteen minutes! With a top speed just over 50 mph these precious relics are becoming a regular car driving popular with stag parties from across Europe to drive the classic engine.
The car was so popular about 3 million cars were made before production ceased in 1991. Many of the vehicles were exported They were the favorites of many communist countries, being expanded to the whole family was small, compact and very light. Many versions Nicknamed Trabbi or Trabi, where they were, namely, the Trabant 500, P 50 and Tranbant Trabant 601. Now, Tranbant has become a collector's item with people around the world and has been used in many popular films.
Many people love the car for its nostalgic qualities, with collectors worldwide. Its body made of recycled materials was the result of extensive research on alternative materials. Made of a resin that is reinforced with cotton fibers, is very similar to Duroplast fiberglass (the latter was more widely accepted in the UK, as the communist production was not very popular in other countries.)
The Trabant Trek is a fantastic opportunity to take one of these cars at all the enigmatic landscape of Eastern Europe. With a couple of cars and the guys in the back, you can have your own version of The Italian Job, or simply enjoy the places interest, while driving around at a leisurely pace. The walk is becoming Trabant has been very popular with people traveling all over the world on these cars plastic. Enjoy a picnic, or taste the local delicacies in the heart of the hills of Hungary.
The hottties going crazy for this little car and drive one will make you the envy of other drivers – at least in theory. You can get cozy in the back or pose with local Cute Girls in the hood. You can participate in the walk Trabant, both summer and winter, both are memorable for different reasons!
Take a paperback in the summer so you can have a closer look at the landscape or challenge your mates to a drive in the snow. Two-car two-stroke engine and gear stick board will be only the first part of the challenge. Every time you decide to take Trabant walk be sure to leave the day, as you never know where this little car classic takes you.
