A new report by the Kaiser Family Foundation refers to the younger generation of the current generation of M, representing the media. They have found that young people today are spending increased time with new media like the Internet and video games.
The report also shows that the general M also consume media simultaneously. All children under 18 can watch TV, read e-mail, chat and at the same time. The drawback of this multitasking may be a decrease in attention span and reduction. Children may have a harder time focusing on important tasks that require deep.
The benefits of martial arts training for children are numerous. Many studies have shown psychosocial martial arts training for children may: lead to lower incidence of violence, create more tolerant happier, reduce anger and mood disorders, and increase self confidence same. Studies also show that children who participate in martial arts have better behavior and higher grades in school.
The Martial arts offer children the opportunity to focus intensively on a single skill at a time. With instruction from a teacher who acts as a role model continue, students begin to emulate the behavior courteous, respectful and aware.
With the epidemic of childhood obesity in the United States, martial arts also give children a fun way to exercise. While classes are safe, fun and emotionally positive, children can enjoy and continue with formation.
Jujutsu is the ancient martial art of Japanese samurai warriors. In ancient times was studied only by the elite, educated members Japanese society. Their study is therefore more intellectually intense, and requires less brute force than many other martial arts. Jujutsu is based on the principles of physics such as inertia, leverage, and momentum current challenges foster mental growth.
Jujutsu students also develop a greater kinesthetic sense. The physical benefits of the practice include regular exercise, more balance, stress reduction, and greater self-awareness.
Jujutsu, like other arts, always begins and ends with courtesy. Students display the correct label, sometimes made and that the techniques are practice can cause injury to others. For many students, the practice helps develop a sense of responsibility.
In sharp contrast to the media quick passing of the rich life of 8-18 years of age today, jujutsu gives children a chance to spend time simply yet very focused. The benefits of practice are many, and can only be a recipe for short attention spans technologically.
