| Best non automatic knife on the market, Kershaw manufactures an EXCELLENT blade. Its the only knife I carry except for my Boker Auto. (For dress up occasions :) ) I have several Kershaws. |

I own 3 blackouts and 1 spec bump. I keep a blackout in reserve in case I loose one (which I have done).I am very pleased with Kershaw products.

| Got this knife on sale, ended up about $45. As I expected its a great knife, I've owned Kershaw knives before and have always been satisfied. Knife is extremely sharp, easy fast one hand opening. Great overall and great build. Would definitely recommend this knife. |
good value, handles well and keeps resaonable blade.

This is my 2nd Kershaw assisted opener. The first is lost on the Apache reservation some where. The previous model I had was the fake (I think) carbon fiber handled Leek and was not as wide as this one.
I actually like this model better. It is light, but feels solid. The blade springs out with moderate pressure. It snaps too with a sure feel and has never unlocked on me. The blade stays pretty sharp, regardless of what abuse I put it through. So far I've had to sharpen it twice, although I'm not a stickler for things being razor sharp, and I do cut open packing boxes and plastic tie raps.. not what the knife was intended for but seems to handle it OK.
The coating on the blade also seems pretty resilient, although cutting up fish has left a greasy mark that has been stubborn to clean off.
I'd recommend this as an all day every day knife, which is what mine has become. My Sog twitch XL has been retired by this purchase.
