If I have ever met a person who meets the description of this title is George, the hunter. 40 years lived in Africa, which has spent nearly every weekend in the bush.
A special bond between us, we have found friendship in the early days.
This event took place on a Sunday morning in 1987. I remember well the time 08.00AM. As usual, we went to our homes 03.00 am, with all the gear strapped to our jeep. Go to principles meant that there is the "Adank, Togo hare abundance.
Entering in the bush is always an adventure, as George used to put it: "Respect for the rules of respect." What that meant in English understandable that meant: "No respect for the forest, listening to our regulations." This was always necessary because you never know what you find in the desert.

George is a master at hunting, "Okinini Obuomomfo", the best hunter, as it was called by natives. We all knew that the villagers, chiefs, the Fulani (cattle).
During the night George shot his first rabbit, then a second. The grass had been burned, bush fires still burning in the distance. All the land had a smell of burning, the ashes flying high when we passed the road ..
Daylight breaks, the sun a deep orange on the horizon, the mountains awake. Only those who have witnessed such an event can be understood develops immense passion for the bush. Nothing can compare to this spectacle, a powerful display of our nature.
Since George is always prepared the coffee, and hear the sounds of nature around us. Sounds unforgettable.

The hiss is a warning to predators. Not for George in which he found his game at full speed. Jeep, the division it in half, killing the snake immediately.
I was hypnotized, he could not say a word. In a second case. was finished, the snake was dead. We can not say what the feelings must be, but I was amazed by 2 things: The whistle of the Cobra and the incredible speed at which the shots rang out.
